A little background...

Before going into graphic and web design, my creative expression came through sculpture, drawing, acrylics, water color and oil painting. I taught art to high school and elementary students for several years. Mural painting allows me the opportunity to get my hands back on a paintbrush.

Photography lead me to Photoshop and the next obvious step was graphic and web design. My experience in graphic and web design and photography has been in retail, with non-profits, with Sacramento Regional Transit District (a government agency) and while working in each of those areas, for my own business Imaginative Images doing freelance work.

My first experience as a professional photographer was in studio portrait photography. Soon I started taking the camera wherever I went, capturing the compositions in everyday life and in world travels. My photography skills are updated occasionally with photography classes. My professional experience has been in stock, portrait, documentary and event photography. My photographs have been used in publications, Websites and ads.
